Background

The full-time education system is not accessible for everyone. Many live in remote locations, come from backgrounds with insufficient funds, or live with mental/physical health conditions that make studying difficult.

Journey

Bot Ad School is the world’s first online advertising course via Facebook Bot. Built completely within the walls of Facebook Messenger, its purpose is to be the missing link between graduation and agency-land. Bot Ad School leads students through seven tailored chapters to help future art directors and copywriters score their first job anywhere in the world. 

Bot Ad School was built to be fast, accessible and snackable, but surprised us with an average of 2.39 sessions per user, with a three minutes/session average interaction time. This means our users were scanning approximately two chapters per session. Our most committed returning students were online for multiple hours at a time. There are over 2,000 students registered in the course from places such as San Francisco, Sao Paulo, Seoul, Moscow, Sydney and Istanbul.
